Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Reports to: Director of Clinical Operations
 
Job Summary:
ECAA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide clinical support in an interventional pain management setting. Our ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, previous pain experience, and be able to hit the ground running. The incumbent will not have a team to manage, but would rather perform as a team lead coordinating moving pieces and anticipating needs of the clinic. This role involves assisting providers, delivering patient care, and ensuring efficient clinic operations. Qualified candidates will be patient-focused, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment in addition to a positive attitude.
 
Key Responsibilities:
        Assist providers with patient assessments, procedures, and treatments.
        Perform vital signs, medication reconciliation, and patient intake documentation.
        Prepare procedure rooms, ensure proper sterilization, and assist during interventional pain procedures.
        Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and post-procedure care.
        Administer medications and injections as allowed by licensure and practice protocols.
        Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and infection control guidelines.
        Maintain accurate patient records in the EHR system (eClinicalWorks preferred).
        Support clinical workflow by managing patient triage, scheduling, and follow-ups as needed.
        Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care.
 
Qualifications:
        Registered Nurse (RN): Active RN license in North Carolina or South Carolina (as required).
        Previous experience in pain management, required.
        Past leadership experience strongly preferred.
        Positive and upbeat attitude.
        Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-based environment.
        Proficiency in EHR systems (eClinicalWorks experience a plus).
        Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

        Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
